We recommend that all new clients start with a deep cleaning. This allows us to get your home up to our standards with a more detailed and thorough cleaning than our regular maintenance service. We focus on the areas that need extra attention, helping your home feel fresh and ready for recurring cleanings.

Once the deep cleaning is complete, it's much easier to maintain your home with weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly visits.

For deep cleaning services, we provide free in-person estimates. Since every home is different, we like to see the space in person to give an accurate price based on the size of the home and the amount of cleaning needed.

What to expect?

Entire Home

  • Wipe/wash all surfaces, including baseboards, window sills, blinds, light fixtures, and furniture surfaces.

  • Remove cobwebs from corners and ceiling areas.

  • Dust ceiling fans and light fixtures.

  • Clean vents and air returns.

  • Clean interior windows (fingerprint removal only).

  • Spot wipe visible wall marks and fingerprints.

  • Vacuum upholstered furniture (light vacuum only).

  • Clean entryway rugs or mats.

  • Empty trash in all rooms

  • Vacuum, sweep, and mop floors throughout the home.

What does our deep cleaning include?

  • Change bed linens and make beds.

  • Dust all surfaces, including baseboards, window sills, and light fixtures.

  • Dust furniture surfaces.

  • Clean closets and shelves (exterior only).

  • Empty trash.

  • Vacuum, sweep, and mop floors.

Kitchen

  • Clean outside&inside of appliances (refrigerator, oven/stove, microwave).

  • Clean countertops and backsplash.

  • Clean sink and faucet.

  • Degrease stovetop and range hood.

  • Clean outside cabinet and drawer exteriors

  • Wash baseboards and empty trash.

  • Vacuum, sweep, and mop floors.

Bathrooms

  • Clean and disinfect toilet, sink, shower, and bathtub.

  • Scrub tiles and grout.

  • Remove soap scum, mildew, and grime.

  • Clean cabinet and drawer exteriors.

  • Dust baseboards and empty trash.

  • Vacuum, sweep, and mop floors.
